A wonderful 1,271 sqft condo located on the ground floor – close to the center of Cotacachi. Walk easily to all the restaurants and leather shops – for which Cotacachi is known for.
Beautiful furnishings including a living room set, dining table, six burner stove, washer and dryer and breakfast bar.
The condo is fully furnished including all linens, towels, silverware, pots and pans, – everything. Just bring your toothbrush.
The condo is very secure – one of thirty-two units located behind gated and locked walls. The building is equipped with an alarm system and this particular condo has security bars on all the windows and entry door. Many of the owners on the first floor have installed the security bars for additional peace of mind.
There are wonderful gardens throughout the condominium complex – maintained by a professional gardener.
There is a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, a full in the second bedroom and a twin bed in the third bedroom. The master bedroom contains an en suite bath with tub and shower.
Notably, most people here do not have cars – you can walk everywhere in town and taxis will take you anywhere for a dollar. There are wonderful restaurants within several blocks and of course the great retail leather shops are available where you can purchase high-quality leather goods.
Additionally, the medium of exchange is the good ole American Greenback. American coins are freely accepted as well as Ecuadorian coins of the same denominations.
The best feature of all, has to be the climate – short sleeves during the day and a light jacket or sweater in the evenings.
This condo has a 42 inch television hooked to a Roku streaming device that allows you to watch English programming such as Netflix, VUDU and more. (Hulu is not available.)
