Located on a quiet dead-end street just off San Francisco Park, convenient to the main street of Cotacachi, “Leather Street,” and the most popular shops in the area; Casa de Imbabura is a six unit complex of friendly residents in a secure, garden-like setting with views of the surrounding volcanoes. We may have one or two rentals available, but most residents here are live-in expats who can help you become familiar with the local community.

The residence is a two bedroom, two and a half bath, with office area and a rear patio where one can BBQ and enjoy an evening cocktail. Just a short walk from downtown Cotacachi. The entire apartment is decorated, equipped and outfitted to North American standards with stainless steel upgraded appliances. There is a flat screen TV and high speed internet and a Roku streaming device with programming of over 2,000 TV programming selections to keep you up-to-date with the world’s events.

No children under the age of fourteen and no animals.
